Purdue University Northwest is a public university with two campuses in Northwest Indiana, located in Hammond and Westville. The university was founded in 2016 as the result of a unification of the former Purdue University Calumet and Purdue University North Central. Purdue Northwest offers more than 70 undergraduate and graduate degree programs, including 13 associate degrees and 13 doctoral programs. With a focus on student success, the university provides rigorous academic programs, personalized support, and excellent faculty. Additionally, Purdue Northwest has an array of student life opportunities, from student organizations to intramural sports to social activities.
