Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD) is a private college located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, United States. Since its founding in 1879, it has been one of the foremost art schools in the country and draws students from around the world. The college currently offers 22 majors, 14 minors, and three certificate programs, along with fellowships and special study programs. Some of its most popular majors include Drawing & Illustration, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Jewelry and Fashion Design, Photography, and Animation. CCAD is also home to an impressive network of esteemed visiting critics, lecturers, and teachers, and the college has a variety of student clubs and organizations catering to the needs of its diverse population.
