Agnes Scott College is an independent liberal arts college for women located in Decatur, Georgia. Established in 1889, Agnes Scott is one of the oldest educational institutions for women in the United States. The college promotes the value of a liberal arts education, with a curriculum that emphasizes close relationships with faculty, robust writing and speaking skills, global engagement, and academics modeled after the principles of the great European universities.
